Roles & Responsibilities:
| Responsible for smooth & efficient functioning of the Department of Radiology |
| Evaluating patients’ medical histories |
| Analyze medical images to diagnose, interpret test results, and communicate findings to other healthcare professionals |
| Develops and monitors procedures to ensure adequate quality control of images |
| Collaborate with referring physicians, consult on treatment plans, and provide expertise in choosing the most suitable imaging techniques/tests |
| Provide counselling to radiologic patients to explain the processes, risks, benefits. |
| Confer with medical professionals regarding image-based diagnoses |
| undertake managerial responsibilities, such as planning the workload and staffing of the department |
| supervise and monitor incharges and other junior medical staff |
| Minimum Qualifications – MBBS, MD / DNB in Radiology |
