Roles & Responsibilities
- Verification of NABH HOPE Portal.
- Manual Preparation and Amendments of existing Policies.
- Forms & Formats Modifications for case sheets and various departments.
- Formulation of New committees and Quality Indicators.
- Check NABH standards and GAP Analysis in system
- Verification of Annual calendar activities for Branches.
- Preparation of training schedule for Quality Staff.
- Department training for Quality Staff
- Implementation of clinical Audits in the units.
- Conduct facility Rounds with Branch safety team
- Verification of Quality Indicators Raw Data
- Verification of Committees functioning
- Verification of Audit Reports
- Verification of Outsource facility Audit Reports.
- Risk Management analysis like Incidents Management, Hazmat management
- Conduct Random department Audits
- Conduct/Initiate Mock drill to check the staff response
- Take training session on Hospital wide Policies for branch staff.
- Random Audit of Case sheets.
- Ensure implementation of department training by respective in charges
- Monitoring of Staff in Branches
- It includes monitoring of daily activities of Quality Executives
- Strict adherence to the Annual calendar.
- Leave Management of Quality Executives.
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: PG in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management.
- Technical Qualification: MS Office.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in NABH Full Accreditation.
- Able to speak local language along with English and Hindi.
- Work Location : Pune/Bhubaneswar based on Candidates base location
- Must be flexible to travel to other Units.
