ROLE
- Responsible for Nursing care of the patient, overall welfare and well-being of the patient in the Hospital.
- Inventory control and check of drugs and other patient care consumables.
- Accompany Doctor on rounds, follow up on patients, medication, investigation and documentation
- Reports patient’s condition to appropriate personnel during each shift.
- Follows strict infection control protocols and takes responsibility in ensuring quality control.
SKILL
- Good communication, knowledge of clinical procedures and holistic approach towards patients.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- GNM/B.Sc/ANM – recognized by State nursing Council.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
- 2 to 3 years of minimum experience.
- Should speak local language, hindi and English.
