Patient Relation Executive – PRE (Pune)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaison between patients, attenders, consultants and administration. Ensures thorough and timely resolution of patient issues, concerns, and complaints. To co-ordinate requirements of patients and the attendants during hospital visit.

Key Result Areas / Roles & Responsibilities

Primary :  Patient experience, coordination.
Secondary : Patient feed back, Co ordination, waiting time monitoring.

Functional Skills:  Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills
Behavioural  Skills: Team player, multitasking capabilities and organisational abilities.
Competencies: Ability to work under pressure & proactive
Qualifications 
Minimum Qualifications – Graduation
Technical Qualifications – Basic knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant exp.
Able to speak local language, English and Hindi
