Dr. Pallavi Ravindra Panse is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 17 years of clinical experience, providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for women across different stages of life. Her areas of clinical expertise include obstetric care, high-risk pregnancy management, infertility, reproductive health and a wide range of gynaecological conditions.

She completed her MBBS, MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Diploma in Gynecology & Obstetrics and has pursued advanced training in India and internationally. Her qualifications include MRCOG Part 1 from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, UK; IVF and Assisted Reproductive Technology training at NUH, Singapore; and a Diploma in Gynecological Endoscopy from Kiel, Germany.

Dr. Pallavi has gained clinical experience at several reputed institutions across Pune and New Delhi, including VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Inlaks & Budhrani Hospital, Jupiter Hospital and Oyster & Pearl Hospitals.

Her clinical interests encompass high-risk pregnancy, antenatal care, infertility and assisted reproductive technology, menstrual disorders, menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, gynecological endoscopy and gynecological cancers. She has a particular interest in an ethical, evidence-based and patient-centric approach to the management of high-risk pregnancies.

Her research has explored areas such as fetal weight assessment, high-risk and complicated pregnancies, menstrual disorders and gynaecological conditions.

Her academic work includes studies on comparing clinical methods and ultrasonography for fetal weight assessment, the socio-demographic profile of unbooked patients, and genital tuberculosis in adolescent girls presenting with ectopic pregnancy. She has also explored less commonly encountered clinical conditions, including hirsutism beyond PCOS, ovarian torsion with pregnancy of unknown location, weakness during pregnancy and large uterine myomas.

Dr. Pallavi has also contributed to research on abnormal uterine bleeding in non-gravid women, an important area of gynaecological care that requires careful evaluation and individualised management.

Her research has been published in medical journals, including the International Journal of Healthcare and Biomedical Research, where her work includes studies on fetal weight assessment and abnormal uterine bleeding. Her research on “Hirsutism Beyond PCOS: Steroid Cell Tumour” was published in the Journal of Evidence Based Medicine and Healthcare, while her work on “An Unusual Case of Large Uterine Myoma” was published in the European Journal of Cardiovascular Medicine.
