Dr. Monalisha Naik is a skilled and compassionate consultant obstetrician, gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon, at Ankura Hospital for Women and Children. She holds an M.B.B.S and an M.D. in obstetrics and gynaecology from S.C.B Medical College, Cuttack. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS, DMAS) from the World Laparoscopy Hospital, Gurgaon.

Her extensive experience is complemented by her participation in numerous national workshops, including those focused on regional and minimal access surgery and gynecology-oncology. She has also attended RCOG workshops on colposcopy and early pregnancy ultrasound in Delhi, enhancing her skills and knowledge in these critical areas.

She has also acquired additional skills through specialized training in advanced ultrasound techniques and advanced laparoscopic procedures.
