About Dr. Hema Prasanna. K

Dr. Hema Prasanna K is a senior Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 15 years of clinical expertise. She holds an MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Kasturba Medical College and is a trained laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeon, having received her FMAS from the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI). She has also received basic and advanced training in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy from CEMAST/IMMAST in Mumbai and training in Endogyn laprascopy and hysteroscopy from Lucknow. Dr Hema is also a trained cosmetic gynecologist.

A passionate expert she has served as both, a clinician and academician in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has presented papers and talks at numerous CME programs and state conferences and has contributed to over 25 scientific publications in reputed journals. Her key areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics and endoscopic gynecologic surgery, where she is known for her precision, dedication, and patient-centered approach.
