Dr. Dhanashree Kulkarni Patki is a passionate Pediatrician and Neonatologist with over 14 years of clinical experience in delivering holistic care to newborns, infants, children and adolescents. She is committed to providing evidence based, empathetic and family centered health care with special focus on improving neonatal outcomes and promoting healthy child development.
Dr. Dhanashree did her MBBS from M.I.M.E.R. Medical College, Talegaon-Dabhade and a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mumbai. She further completed a Fellowship in Neonatology from the prestigious King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital, Pune. She has also completed Certification in Paediatric Clinical Nutrition and has advanced training in Neonatal Echocardiography and Pediatric Nutrition.
She has extensive expertise in managing high-risk deliveries, neonatal stabilization, Level III NICU care, extremely preterm and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) babies, neonatal ventilation, neonatal transport, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).
She is also involved in the management of pediatric outpatient services, immunization clinics, developmental assessments, nutrition clinics, adolescent health issues and parental counseling besides neonatal intensive care. Her special interests are in Neonatal Nutrition, Developmental Supportive Care, Pediatric Nutrition, Developmental Pediatrics and Adolescent Health. She is currently undergoing further training in Child and Adolescent Psychology in order to increase her holistic approach to pediatric care.
