PT. P. Eshitha is a dedicated physiotherapist with specialized training in Neurology and additional expertise in Womenโs Health Physiotherapy. She holds a Bachelorโs in Physiotherapy and MPT in Neurology from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati. Her clinical interests include neurorehabilitation, pediatric therapy, antenatal and postnatal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and lactation ergonomics.
She has hands-on experience with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, and Parkinsonโs disease, as well as pediatric developmental therapy.
Her academic project examined the effect of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques on trunk control and balance in cerebral palsy patients. She has won multiple poster presentation awards and presented her scientific work at national and international conferences, reflecting her commitment to academicโฏ growth.
Dr. Eshitha is passionate about providing evidence-based, holistic physiotherapy care that enhances the quality of life for her patients.
