Popular amongst his patients, Dr. Amar practices as a consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician at the Ankura hospital for women and children. He has done his MBBS from the NTR University of Health Sciences, following which he pursued his DNB in Pediatrics through the National Board of Examinations. With his specific interest in the diseases of the newborn, he then went on to pursue a Fellowship in Neonatology from Hyderabad.

He is an expert in diagnosing and treating the simple and complex diseases of newborns and children. He is skillful in performing all neonatal and has treated many premature babies requiring neonatal intensive care. He also involves himself in the counselling of parents to be for the overall health of the children.

Besides his clinical skills and interest, he is also a keen academician and stays active in the academic forums of his specialty to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and treatment protocols.
