- Install and manage Desktops, Laptops, Network Printers and Windows Operating Systems
- Request and assign IT assets to Employee, Update Asset Software system
- Learn and Provide Training on Hospital ERP software systems to employees in the branch
- Monthly Audit of active software licensed users, deactivate inactive users
- Liaison with Telecom and Vendors for installation of Internet links, EPABX
- Responsible for 100% uptime of IT infrastructure
- Implement and Install Local Area Network , Server(s) and Firewall , Wifi access point installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in Installation of CCTV’s, EPABX is preferred
- Must have hands on experience in Microsoft Excel Sheet and MS Word
Preference:
- Experience in Healthcare Service Industry / Hospital Industry
- Experience in HIMS software support
- Communication – fluent in native language, hindi and english
