HR – Recruiter

  • Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job sites etc.
  • Conducting interviews and short listing candidates for technical assessment.
  • Monitor the gap between existing staff and manpower plan.
  • Maintain database of resumes department wise.
  • Maintain report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Exp – Minimum 3 years of HEALTHCARE experience

Qualification – MBA – HR
