Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job sites etc.
Conducting interviews and short listing candidates for technical assessment.
Monitor the gap between existing staff and manpower plan.
Maintain database of resumes department wise.
Maintain report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Exp – Minimum 3 years of HEALTHCARE experience
