- Responsible for end to end HR activities like recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, Payroll Management, Performance Appraisals, training etc.
- Recruitment – collect manpower requisition form from HOD, source candidates, assess, schedule technical interview with HOD.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Monthly Attendance and Payroll processing.
- Ensure all protocols as per NABH standards are maintained.
- Maintain database & prepare MIS reports.
