HR – Executive (Female)

  • Responsible for end to end HR activities like recruitment, joining formalities, attendance, Payroll Management, Performance Appraisals, training etc.
  • Recruitment – collect manpower requisition form from HOD, source candidates, assess, schedule technical interview with HOD.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Monthly Attendance and Payroll processing.
  • Ensure all protocols as per NABH standards are maintained.
  • Maintain database & prepare MIS reports.

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications – MBA – HR
Technical Qualifications – MS Office
Able to speak local language as well as Telugu/ English/Hindi
Minimum  3 to 5 years of relevant experience
People friendly and pleasing personality
