| · Evaluating performance of team against set parameters by conducting periodic meetings and evaluations to review operational excellence.
· Identifying and focusing on profitable service lines. Monitoring costs to ensure optimal utilization of resources and personnel in the unit. · Monitoring and reviewing all patient related services to ensure high score on the Customer Satisfaction Index. · Ensure that liaison and statutory requirements in the unit are up to date. · Monitor closure of open bills from the assigned units. . Constant unit visits for inspection of operational excellence as per recommended standards. · Manage all administrative duties as specified by the Hospital.
