To ensure that patient’s requirements at the time of consultation are met and that their visit to the hospital is hassle free. |
To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time. |
To co-ordinate with Nursing / lab staff to ensure that all investigations are done on time and reports are handed over to the patient without follow up. |
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible. |
Collect patient feedback and google reviews. |
To interact with other stake holders and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements if it is OP to IP conversion |
Guide patients for further process post consultation like investigations, pharmacy etc |
Ensure that Doctor cabins are ready as per prescribed standards |
Inform front office about any change in consultant schedule |
To schedule Appointments |
Monitor and to look after OPD Walk-IN |
Coordinating with USG after scan and show the reports to doctor |
Coordinating patients to lab and Pharmacy |
Monitoring Wait time(TAT) |
Assisting Patients and Doctors |
OP to IP conversions on daily basisand update to OP Manager |
