Responsible for all HR related activities at unit level. |
JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Responsible for end to end HR activities like recruitments, joining formalities, attendance, Payroll Management, Performance Appraisals, training etc. |
Recruitment – collect manpower requisition form from HOD, source candidates, assess, schedule technical interview with HOD. |
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters. |
Conduct departmental induction. |
Sending welcome notes and introduction of new joiners to all staff. |
Sending new joiners for Pre-Employment Health checkup. |
Creating a personal file for an individual and give them forms related to Joining formalities to fill up. |
Keeping all the necessary documents and forms of an individual in the Personal file as per NABH checklist. |
Monthly Attendance and Payroll processing. |
Ensure compliance of all mandatory statutory norms. |
Coordinating department meetings. |
Assisting in annual performance appraisal of the staff and consultants. |
MIS reports as per protocol. |
Daily hospital rounds to assess absenteeism, periodic check of dress code protocol adherence. |
Maintain Master Data of all employees. |
Issues Id cards and uniform for new joiners. |
Visit Nursing hostels. |
Coordinate welfare activities and events. |
Qualifications |
Minimum Qualifications – MBA – HR |
Technical Qualifications – MS Office |
Able to speak local language as well as Telugu/ English/Hindi |
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience |
People friendly and pleasing personality |
Ability to answer queries related to HR policies |
